According to the publication, the pilot school of the US Army developed some premises so that the pilots could rest at night.

After six weeks of practice, 96% of the pilots who carried it out before going to sleep got results, so this dynamic is a small price to pay when we talk about sleeping problems. There are the six steps that can change your life


1. First, sit on the edge of the bed with the phone in silence and the light of the bedside table lit.

2. Now it's time to relax the muscles of the face through some exercises. Smile, stretch the facial muscles as much as you can and then return to the starting position. Repeat it several times.

3. After performing these exercises, relax and stretch your arms as if something is stretching from you from below.

4. After this, breathe deeply and concentrate on it. Relax the muscles of the legs until you lie down while focusing on the sound of the air.

5. Once you have achieved that your whole body is in a state of relaxation, put the mind blank for ten seconds. And let any thought go to your head, but do not turn it around.

6. Now, imagine two situations: the first, that you are lying in a canoe in the middle of a lake while you look at the blue sky and the second, that you are in a hammock that rocks slowly.
